Vyome Holdings named Jerry Leonard as chief financial officer, effective Sept. 1, 2026.
Leonard succeeds Robert Dickey IV, who had served as interim CFO since August 2025.
Leonard founded ClearBridgeCFO, a financial leadership and transformation firm.
He previously served as CFO and secretary of VSee Health, following its 2024 business combination.
Earlier roles include CFO posts at iDoc Virtual Telehealth Solutions and VSee Lab, and finance leadership positions at Voya Financial, IBM, and Colgate-Palmolive.
