Vyome Holdings posted a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $720,000, or $0.10 a share, for Q2 2026.
Operating expenses totaled $874,000, including $507,000 in R&D spending.
VT-1953 clinical and regulatory update
VT-1953 Phase 2 data showed statistically significant gains in malodor and lesion pain; no treatment-emergent adverse events were reported.
The FDA provided written feedback on VT-1953’s pre-IND package, and the company said plans include a Type C meeting to advance the pivotal study strategy.
