Scope of the service deal

Wärtsilä secures 8-year lifecycle agreement with Carnival

Wärtsilä secured an 8-year Lifecycle Agreement with Carnival covering four LNG-fueled cruise vessels across Princess Cruises and Carnival Cruise Line.

The contract covers Wärtsilä dual-fuel engines on two in-service ships plus two newbuilds under construction.

The order was booked in Q2 2026, and the agreement marks the first service contract covering Carnival’s LNG-powered cruise ships.
