WAB•Wabtec signs $254 million agreement with MRS Logística
Wabtec signed a US$254 million agreement with Brazil’s MRS Logística for new locomotives, parts and maintenance services.
The investment will be phased through 2032, supporting MRS’s fleet renewal, capacity expansion and decarbonization targets.
The order includes Evolution Series locomotives, including the ES44ACi, aimed at lowering fuel use and cutting greenhouse gas emissions.
