Waldencast H1 2026 net loss widens 97% to $94.9 million; revenue drops 57% to $26.1 million
WALD•Waldencast reported H1 2026 revenue from continuing operations of $26.1 million, down 57% year over year, and a net loss of $94.9 million, 97% wider.
1. H1 results
Waldencast’s gross margin fell to 53.7% from 67.3% a year earlier. Results included a non-cash goodwill impairment charge of $52.3 million against the Milk Makeup reporting unit.
2. Obagi sale and delisting
Waldencast sold Obagi Medical to Bridgepoint on July 30. Its Class A shares and warrants are set to delist from Nasdaq.
