1. Fund deployment
Fund VII targeted middle-market assets with value-add plans and equity checks of $5 million to $25 million. The portfolio is 66% industrial and 34% multifamily. As of the second quarter, average multifamily occupancy rose to 81% from 61%, while industrial occupancy increased to 97% from 86%.
