For the six months ended June 30, 2026, Wallbox’s basic and diluted loss per share widened to €2.65, while its operating loss narrowed from €38.41 million to €22.72 million. The company completed a restructuring plan in late June that included a €55.3 million syndicated term loan and a €68 million bullet instrument.
