Walmart partners with Base Power to offer home battery systems
WMT•Walmart invested in Base Power under a strategic agreement to offer home energy services. Starting in November, eligible customers enrolling at participating Texas stores will receive 20% off Base Power’s standard upfront battery installation fee.

Walmart invested in Base Power under a strategic agreement to offer home energy services to customers and Sam’s Club members. Starting in November, eligible customers enrolling at participating stores will receive 20% off Base Power’s standard upfront battery installation fee.
2. Base Power membership
The rollout will begin in Texas, with expansion to additional locations and markets expected over time. Base serves more than 35,000 members in Texas, including more than 20,000 households with home batteries.
