Warby Parker reported third-quarter revenue of $244.74 million, up 10.4% year over year and slightly below the $244.92 million consensus estimate. Net income was $5.6 million, down slightly from a year earlier. Gross margin increased to 54.4% from 54.1%.
The company expects full-year 2026 net revenue of $966 million to $976 million and adjusted EBITDA of $117 million to $119 million. Its guidance includes a modest contribution and costs from the Intelligent Eyewear launch.
Warby Parker said revenue growth was supported by a higher active customer count and increased average revenue per customer. Higher gross margin reflected reduced tariffs, shipping savings, optical lab efficiencies and increased use of progressives and other lens treatments, partly offset by higher occupancy costs from new stores.
