1. Quarterly results
Warrior Met Coal reported third-quarter revenue of $507.92 million and net income of $49.3 million. Adjusted EBITDA was $124.02 million and free cash flow was $138.90 million. The company declared a $2.00-per-share special dividend.
2. Mine and outlook
Production increased 36% as the Blue Creek mine ramped up, contributing to higher sales volumes, CEO Walt Scheller said. Improved average selling prices for Premium Low-Vol and High-Vol A coal supported revenue, while higher Pacific freight costs and demurrage partially offset gains. The company reaffirmed 2026 guidance, including coal sales of 13.0 million to 14.0 million short tons, production of 12.5 million to 13.5 million short tons, and cash cost of sales of $95 to $105 per short ton.
