A joint inquiry by the National Advertising Division and CARU confirmed that Dorel Juvenile Group’s CryAssist™ AI sensor meets advertised performance, functionality and privacy standards in its Maxi-Cosi Sibia and Starling Smart Bassinets. The watchdogs recommended enhancements to COPPA notice language and parental consent practices to strengthen child data protections.

2. Trailbreaker Financing Increase

Trailbreaker Resources oversubscribed its non-brokered flow-through financing by C$500,000, increasing total gross proceeds to C$3.5 million. The company will issue up to 2.5 million CMETC FT Units at C$0.56 each, each unit including half a warrant exercisable at C$0.50 for 24 months to finance critical mineral exploration expenses.
