Watsco completed the purchase of Jackson Supply Company, a Sunbelt HVAC distributor founded in 1972 that recorded $230 million in sales in 2025. The deal adds 25 branches and approximately 5,000 contractor clients across Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Arizona.
2. Strategic Expansion
The acquisition expands Watsco’s footprint in the $74 billion North American HVAC/R distribution market and enhances its presence in some of the fastest-growing Sunbelt regions. It increases Watsco’s total locations and customer base, supporting long-term revenue growth objectives.
3. Integration and Culture
Jackson Supply will continue operating under its existing name, brand identity, go-to-market strategy and leadership team. This retention aligns with Watsco’s investment philosophy of preserving proven cultures and management to drive sustained performance.
