Watsco completed its acquisition of The Granite Group, which serves about 11,000 customers through 82 locations across seven Northeast states and has about $500 million in annual revenue. The business will continue to operate independently under CEO Bill Condron and its existing management team.
The acquisition expands Watsco’s footprint in plumbing distribution, adding scale and product diversification in a fragmented market. It is Watsco’s second large acquisition in 2026, following its June purchase of Jackson Supply, which had about $230 million in annualized sales.
