Wayfair will debut its first Florida store at Galleria Fort Lauderdale, located at 2414 E. Sunrise Blvd. The two-level space spans 94,000 square feet and is scheduled to open in late 2027, marking the company’s entry into the South Florida market.
2. National Brick-and-Mortar Rollout
This Fort Lauderdale location is one of four new showrooms Wayfair plans nationwide, joining upcoming sites in Columbus, Denver and Westchester. It expands on two existing stores in Atlanta, Georgia and Wilmette, Illinois, as the retailer builds a physical presence to complement its online platform.
3. Localized Merchandising and Fulfillment
The store’s inventory will reflect Fort Lauderdale’s coastal lifestyle, focusing on indoor-outdoor living and year-round entertaining. Shoppers can take smaller items home immediately, while larger furnishings such as sofas and dining sets will be delivered free via Wayfair’s logistics network.
