Weatherford completed its acquisition of NCS Multistage, expanding its completions portfolio with reservoir diagnostics and well performance solutions.
NCS stockholders received either 0.554 Weatherford ordinary shares or a mixed package of 0.239 shares plus cash tied to 0.137 shares.
NCS Multistage shares stopped trading and will be delisted from Nasdaq.
The deal adds completions and reservoir expertise, supporting global rollout of NCS technology through Weatherford’s footprint.
Weatherford expects the combination to strengthen its North America position, supporting a more agile operating model.
