Webull announces 2026 general meeting of shareholders

Webull will hold its 2026 general meeting of shareholders in St. Petersburg, Florida on Oct. 30, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on adopting the company’s Sixth Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association.
Investors will also consider the 2026 Employee Share Purchase Plan, including reserving 5,000,000 Class A ordinary shares.
