WEC Energy named Caroline Garcia vice president and controller, effective Aug. 31, 2026.
- Garcia has been director of audit services at TXNM Energy since 2024.
- She previously worked at KPMG from 1999 to 2024, most recently as an audit partner focused on energy, utilities and natural resources.
- Garcia will succeed William J. Guc, who plans to retire in early 2027.
- Guc will become a special adviser to the CFO on Aug. 31, 2026, to support the transition.
