Wellchange Holdings announces shareholder meetings
WCT•Wellchange Holdings will hold shareholder meetings in Kowloon, Hong Kong, on Oct. 29, 2026, to vote on a 1-for-10 consolidation of its Class A ordinary shares and related governance changes.
1. Meeting votes
A Class B shareholder meeting and an extraordinary general meeting will consider the proposed 1-for-10 consolidation and adoption of a seventh amended and restated memorandum and articles of association. Shareholders will also vote on authorizations to implement the actions, including a possible adjournment to solicit additional votes.
