2. Housing Initiatives

Freedom Communities will create 12 affordable rental units for workforce program participants and Lakeview Neighborhood Alliance will build 15 accessory dwelling units, install solar panels and enable home repairs to improve housing stability.

3. Workforce Development

CodePath expansion will fund industry-aligned computer science courses, career services and interview preparation at UNC Charlotte and Johnson C. Smith University, with plans to scale the program across the region.

4. Small Business and Grocery Access

CLT Alliance Foundation and ASPIRE Community Capital will launch readiness programs and financial empowerment initiatives for local entrepreneurs, while West Boulevard Neighborhood Coalition will establish the Three Sisters Market grocery store in the West Boulevard Corridor.
