Healthcare real estate investment trust Welltower on Monday raised its forecast for annual funds from operations a second time, banking on strong demand for its assisted living and senior housing properties.

- The company expects 2026 normalized FFO, a key performance measure for REITs, in the range of $6.36 to $6.44 per share, higher than its previous forecast of $6.21 to $6.35 per share.
