Wereldhave Belgium agrees sale of De Mael retail park in Bruges for EUR 49.2 million

Wereldhave Belgium said the deal is expected to support balance-sheet capacity for investment and aligns with its focus on mid-sized shopping centers in Belgium and Luxembourg. The company said there is no impact on previously communicated 2026 guidance.
Sale agreement for De Mael retail park
Wereldhave Belgium agreed to sell the De Mael retail park in Sint-Kruis, Bruges, to a consortium of private investors.
The sale price is set at EUR 49.2 million, excluding transfer taxes, and is above the asset’s latest book value.
