As of December 31, 2025, WeRide held RMB7.1 billion in cash, cash equivalents, time deposits and investments, providing a strong liquidity cushion to support ongoing R&D expenditures of RMB1.4 billion and operational growth.

3. Robotaxi Business Expansion

WeRide’s global robotaxi fleet reached 1,125 vehicles, with commercial and testing deployments in China surpassing 800 units covering over 1,000 square kilometers. Average daily orders per vehicle climbed to 15, peaking at 26, while registered users of its robotaxi service grew over 900% year over year.

4. Cost Reductions and Efficiency Improvements

Total cost of ownership declined 38% driven by a 15% reduction in bill of materials costs for the upgraded GXR model and enhancements to remote assistance systems that improved the human-to-vehicle ratio from 1:10 to 1:40, bolstering scalable unit economics.
