WeShop’s in-person-only annual meeting is scheduled for Oct. 16, 2026, in Jersey. Shareholders of record as of 9 p.m. BST on Sept. 25 may vote; 11,717,133 Class A shares were outstanding on Sept. 18. The ballot includes re-electing Oana Crisan, Andrew Fearon and Oliver Egerton-Vernon to three-year director terms, and an advisory vote on re-appointing WithumSmith+Brown PC as auditor.
