Weaver’s 30-year career spans senior roles at HBO, Comcast and Warner Music Experience, where she scaled WMX revenue from approximately $300 million to over $650 million by launching new business verticals and enhancing e-commerce capabilities.
3. U.S. Expansion Strategy
Her mandate is to build a substantial U.S. presence by assembling a dedicated management team, applying her digital transformation and monetization expertise to drive user engagement and accelerate equity-based rewards.
