WeShop Holdings holds annual shareholder meeting
WSHP•WeShop Holdings shareholders re-elected three Class I directors and reappointed WithumSmith+Brown PC as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm at the October 16, 2026, annual meeting.

Shareholders re-elected Oana Crisan, Andrew Fearon and Oliver Egerton-Vernon as Class I directors. They also reappointed WithumSmith+Brown PC as independent registered public accounting firm until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
