Western Digital amended an Aug. 26, 2026 Form 8-K to disclose the final share count for a convertible note exchange.
The privately negotiated deals cover about $191 million principal of 3.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2028.
An aggregate 4,653,572 common shares will be issued, with the count based on the Aug. 26 volume-weighted average price.
