Western Midstream posted Q2 2026 net income attributable to limited partners of USD 394.9 million, swinging to positive free cash flow of USD 263.6 million.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) rose 19% year over year to a record USD 736.5 million; distributable cash flow (non-GAAP) totaled USD 537.2 million.
Revenue climbed to USD 1.22 billion; cash flow from operating activities increased to USD 534.7 million.
Operational performance and guidance
Delaware Basin natural-gas throughput reached a record 2,140 MMcf/d; produced-water throughput hit a record 2,993 MBbls/d.
Western Midstream raised its 2026 guidance for adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) to USD 2.75 billion to USD 2.95 billion, and distributable cash flow (non-GAAP) to USD 2.05 billion to USD 2.25 billion.
