Western Midstream takes 7.5% stake in WhiteWater’s Solitude Permian-Katy gas pipeline project

Western Midstream secured firm capacity on the lines, adding residue takeaway from the Delaware Basin. In-service is targeted for the second half of 2029, subject to regulatory approvals.
Western Midstream takes stake in Solitude Pipeline System
Western Midstream Partners took a 7.5% stake in WhiteWater-operated Solitude Pipeline System to build two 48-inch Permian-to-Katy gas pipelines.
The project reached a positive final investment decision backed by long-term firm transportation contracts with predominantly investment-grade shippers.
