Westlake declared a regular dividend distribution of $0.533 per share for the second quarter of 2026.
The dividend is payable Sept. 10, 2026 to stockholders of record Aug. 25, 2026.
The company said it has paid and raised its dividend for 22 consecutive years since first declaring one in 2004.
