Westlake Q2 FY26 net income swings to USD 260 million; net sales rise 10.77% to USD 3.27 billion

Westlake posted net income of $260 million, returning to profit from a year-earlier loss; diluted EPS was $2.01.
Net sales rose 11% year over year to $3.27 billion; operating income swung to $364 million from a year-earlier operating loss.
Profitability and segment performance
EBITDA more than doubled year over year to $679 million; EBITDA margin excluding identified items widened 9 percentage points to 21%.
PEM operating income swung to $185 million; EBITDA margin excluding identified items widened 18 percentage points to 21%.
HIP operating income slipped 5% year over year to $212 million; Westlake reduced debt by $500 million and returned $99 million to shareholders.
