Deloitte was appointed on May 8, 2026, effective from the June 30, 2026 annual meeting; shareholders confirmed it for fiscal 2026.
KPMG’s audit reports for 2025 and 2024 had no adverse opinion or disclaimer, and there were no scope or accounting qualifications.
No accounting or auditing disagreements were reported with KPMG through the resignation date.
