WETO•Shareholders approve capital structure changes
Wetour Robotics held an extraordinary shareholder meeting on Aug. 24, 2026, clearing a package of capital structure changes.

The resolution also authorized rounding up fractional share entitlements; the filing steps were authorized but not confirmed as completed.
