WEX FSM partners with Bluon to add AI-driven HVAC equipment intelligence to platform
WEX•WEX adds Bluon HVAC intelligence to Field Service Management
WEX launched an integration between its Field Service Management platform and HVAC data provider Bluon to embed AI-driven equipment intelligence in technician workflows.
The deal gives WEX FSM users access to Bluon’s database spanning 260 OEMs, nearly 5 million model-number families, covering more than 35 million specific model numbers.
The integration adds Bluon’s MasterMechanic AI tech support, trained on 150,000 live support calls, aimed at faster diagnosis and higher on-site productivity.
PartsConnect is also included to help technicians source compatible replacement parts through preferred distributors.
