WEX releases transcript of second-quarter 2026 earnings call

WEX guided Q3 revenue to $733 million-$753 million and adjusted EPS to $5.45-$5.65. It raised FY revenue guidance to $2.86 billion-$2.9 billion and adjusted EPS guidance to $19.68-$20.08.
Mobility pricing actions were notified and are expected to add $15 million of revenue in 2026; late-fee instances cut segment growth by about 2%.
Share repurchases resumed; $60 million was bought in Q2, and $93 million was repurchased from May through July 20. Most free cash flow is earmarked for buybacks.
