Weyerhaeuser expects to increase share repurchase activity in Q4 and anticipates slightly higher average sales realizations than in Q3, including for engineered wood products. It expects to invest about $250 million in Monticello in 2026, with the project's cost moderately above the initial $500 million estimate. The company expects to ship three vessels to China in Q4, up from one per quarter since late 2025, and said China log pricing could rise if tariffs are lifted before year-end.
