Whirlpool forecasts 2026 net sales of about $14.5 billion
WHR•Whirlpool expects 2026 net sales of approximately $14.5 billion, down 1.5% from 2025 like-for-like sales, and a net loss of about $320 million, or $4.95 per diluted share.
1. 2026 outlook
Whirlpool projected ongoing loss per diluted share of approximately $1.30 and an ongoing EBIT margin of 2%-2.2%. The outlook includes about $170 million in restructuring costs and a $124 million equity investment impairment. For the fourth quarter, the company forecast an ongoing loss of approximately $0.35 per diluted share and sales of about $4 billion.
