WhiteFiber agrees to buy two North Carolina industrial sites for $60 million
WYFI•WhiteFiber to expand North Carolina data center footprint
WhiteFiber signed a definitive agreement to buy two industrial properties in Yadkin County, North Carolina for $60 million.
The sites will be retrofitted into data center campuses NC-2 and NC-3, expanding its footprint near the NC-1 campus.
The projects target at least 60 MW of initial gross utility capacity, with potential to reach about 200 MW over time.
Closing is expected in Q4 2026, with initial ready-for-service capacity targeted for Q3 2027.
