Aug. 17 (Reuters) - WhiteFiber Inc. (WYFI.O) said it is expanding its North Carolina data center footprint with an agreement to acquire two new development sites.
- WhiteFiber said it targets initial ready-for-service capacity in Q3 2027.
- The cash purchase price for the properties is $60 million.
- Closing is expected in Q4 2026.
- WhiteFiber said it has received non-binding letters of intent with investment-grade credit support from prospective customers.
