Willdan raises FY2026 adjusted diluted EPS forecast to $5.15-$5.25
WLDN•Willdan Group raised its fiscal 2026 adjusted diluted EPS forecast to $5.15-$5.25 from $5.00-$5.15. It also raised net revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance and set preliminary fiscal 2027 targets.
1. Higher 2026 guidance
Willdan Group raised fiscal 2026 adjusted diluted EPS guidance to $5.15-$5.25 from $5.00-$5.15. Net revenue guidance increased to $435 million-$445 million from $415 million-$430 million, while adjusted EBITDA is forecast at $109 million-$111 million, up from $103 million-$107 million.
2. Preliminary 2027 targets
Willdan set preliminary fiscal 2027 targets of more than $1 billion in contract revenue, $500 million in net revenue and $140 million in adjusted EBITDA. The company said the Mantis acquisition, which closed October 30, 2026, expands its commercial and industrial energy management capabilities and is expected to boost 2027 earnings.
