Willis Lease Finance declares quarterly dividend of $0.15 a share
WLFC•Willis Lease Finance declared a fourth-quarter 2026 dividend of $0.15 per common share, 12.8% higher than its August distribution. It also renewed a share repurchase program authorizing up to $200 million in purchases through December 31, 2031.
1. Dividend and repurchase
The dividend is payable November 25, 2026, to shareholders of record November 16, and is the company’s 10th consecutive quarterly dividend. The renewed share repurchase program allows purchases of up to $200 million through December 31, 2031.
