Willis Lease Finance Q2 FY26 net income attributable to common shareholders drops 51.2% to $28.75 million; revenue slips 0.8% to $194.02 million

- Willis Lease Finance posted Q2 2026 net income attributable to common shareholders of USD 28.7 million, down 51.2% year over year.
- Operating income rose 20.2% to USD 34 million, while revenue edged down 0.8% to USD 194 million.
- Lease rent revenue increased 6.7% to USD 77.1 million; management and advisory fees more than doubled to USD 5.5 million.
- Gain on sale of leased equipment climbed 16.2% to USD 32 million on sales of 21 engines and other parts and equipment.
Management comment
CEO Austin C. Willis said first-half focus was building Willis Aviation Capital, lifting assets under management 21% to USD 4.4 billion.
