WLFC•Willis Lease Finance agrees to acquire aircraft and engine portfolio
Willis Lease Finance said it signed a definitive agreement to acquire a portfolio of 12 commercial aircraft and 13 aircraft engines.
The deal is expected to expand its leasing fleet, broaden its customer base and strengthen engine-based leasing programs such as ConstantThrust.
The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions.
