WSBK•Winchester Bancorp shareholders approved the 2026 Equity Incentive Plan and elected four directors at the November 4 annual meeting.

Shareholders also ratified Wolf & Company’s appointment as independent auditor for the six-month transition period ending December 31, 2026.
