Winmark Q2 FY26 net income falls to $10.39 million; revenue rises to $21.97 million

Winmark posted Q2 net income of $10.39 million, down 1.95%, with diluted EPS of $2.81 versus $2.89.
Revenue rose 7.59% to $21.97 million, driven by royalties of $20.12 million.
Operating income increased 4.44% to $13.64 million, while SG&A climbed 13.92% to $7.51 million.
Six-month net income fell 4.42% to $19.65 million; 2025 year-to-date results included $2.2 million of leasing income from a litigation settlement.
