WTG•Wintergreen Acquisition issued a $184,635 unsecured note to sponsor MACRO DREAM Holdings on Sept. 28, 2026, to fund a trust-account deposit tied to an extension of its business-combination deadline.
1. Note terms
The note carries no interest and matures when a business combination closes or at the liquidation deadline; it will be forgiven if no deal closes. Upon a business combination, the sponsor may convert unpaid principal into units at $10.00 per unit.
