WinVest Acquisition made its second $30,000 drawdown from sponsor WinVest SPAC on October 16 under an unsecured, interest-free promissory note issued September 16. The note allows up to six equal drawdowns and matures when a business combination closes or the company liquidates. If no combination closes, repayment is limited to any funds remaining outside the trust account.
