WISeKey H1 2026 net loss widens to USD 36.41 million; revenue more than doubles to USD 11.43 million
WKEY•WISeKey reported H1 2026 revenue of USD 11.43 million, up 116%, and a net loss of USD 36.41 million, up 63%. It reaffirmed FY 2026 revenue growth guidance of 50% to 100%.
1. Results and outlook
WISeKey’s operating loss widened 50% to USD 40.88 million in H1 2026. Cash and cash equivalents were USD 488.95 million at June 30, with restricted cash of USD 6.31 million. Management expects first post-quantum product revenue in Q4 2026. A redomiciliation to a new parent, WISeQey, is expected to take effect Oct. 1, with direct Nasdaq and SIX trading under WQEY around Oct. 5.
