WISeKey posted audited FY2025 revenue of $19.3 million, up 62% year-over-year, with Q4 revenue doubling to $8 million and a $38.2 million net loss. As of April 30, 2026, cash and short-term investments reached $535 million, and the company reaffirmed FY2026 revenue guidance of 50–100% growth.

1. FY2025 Financial Performance

WISeKey reported audited FY2025 revenue of $19.3 million, a 62% increase from FY2024, driven by Q4 revenue doubling to $8 million versus $4 million the prior year. Net loss expanded to $38.2 million due to higher operating expenses, including an $8.3 million share-based compensation charge and consolidation of IC’ALPS since August 2025.

2. Balance Sheet and Strategic Investments

As of December 31, 2025, WISeKey held $429 million in cash and short-term investments and deployed $23 million into strategic investments such as WeCan Group, IC’ALPS and Quantix Edge Security. Following a $125 million financing in March 2026, the cash position rose to over $535 million by April 30, 2026.

3. FY2026 Guidance and Commercial Pipeline

For FY2026, WISeKey reaffirmed revenue growth guidance of 50–100% year-over-year and reported unaudited Q1 2026 revenue of $4.2 million. The SEALSQ commercial pipeline exceeds $200 million through 2029, including over $60 million tied to QS7001 and QVault TPM programs, underscoring demand for post-quantum security solutions.
