WISeKey is pursuing a cross-border merger into its British Virgin Islands subsidiary, WISeQey Corp., which will survive the deal. The Class B share election closed Sept. 23, 2026, with 518 shares electing conversion into 5,180 WISeQey Class B shares; completion would involve issuing 4,176,654 WISeQey ordinary shares for remaining Class B holdings, including shares represented by ADSs, and 1,819,060 Class F shares for outstanding WISeKey Class A shares. Closing remains pending remaining conditions and implementation steps, including the start of trading in WISeQey ordinary shares.
