Wix integrated its Harmony site builder into Microsoft 365 Copilot via the OpenAI Apps SDK, allowing users to generate production-ready websites by voice or text without context switching. The integration provides in-chat access to commerce, scheduling, payments, SEO, analytics and business management tools within the Microsoft 365 interface.
Wix now enables users to invoke Harmony site building directly in Microsoft 365 Copilot through the OpenAI Apps SDK. By prompting “@Wix” in a Copilot chat, users can describe their business, goals and brand style to generate a complete, production-ready website on Wix’s enterprise-grade infrastructure without leaving the Microsoft interface.
The Copilot integration supports voice and text inputs to create Wix Harmony websites equipped with commerce, scheduling, payment processing, SEO optimization, GEO targeting, accessibility and security features. Users can continue the conversation to add business logic, run performance analytics and implement updates in real time, turning a chat window into a site management console.
This collaboration reduces tool switching and embeds Wix’s ecosystem into Microsoft’s productivity suite, potentially boosting adoption among enterprise and SMB customers. By streamlining site creation and management within existing workflows, Wix aims to drive increased user engagement and open new revenue channels through its expanded AI-powered offering.
